Responsibilities
Develop and roll out influencer strategies and integrated activations in collaboration with Social Media, Branding, Events, Product and Media teams;
Identify strategic opportunities to boost brand awareness, relevance and authority;
Map, select, negotiate and engage influencers, KOLs and brand ambassadors aligned with Rennova’s positioning;
Manage relationships with influencers, ensuring excellence in execution, deliverables and overall experience;
Oversee contracts, timelines, deliverables and payments for partnerships;
Coordinate influencer participation in events, activations and special campaigns;
Review and approve scripts, briefs, formats and content (video and photo), ensuring brand consistency;
Track metrics, KPIs and performance of influencer campaigns;
Generate insights and recommend continuous optimizations based on data and results;
Prepare executive reports and strategic presentations;
Build and maintain close relationships with medical KOLs and premium creators.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising or related fields;
Basic to intermediate proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (InDesign is a plus);
Experience managing influencer squads, campaigns and strategic negotiations;
Strong execution skills with excellent relationships with influencers, creators and agencies;
Creative repertoire combined with strategic brand and content vision;
Proficiency in performance metrics and analysis of influencer campaign results;
Availability to work in a hybrid format based in Zona Sul, São Paulo.
