About the role

  • Performance Marketing Manager optimizing channel-spanning B2C campaigns for design products. Collaborating with product, sales, and design teams for effective marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • You plan, manage and optimize cross-channel B2C performance campaigns on platforms such as Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Pinterest and, ideally, TikTok
  • You develop strategies for holistic optimization of the marketing funnel — from awareness and consideration to conversion and retention.
  • You design and implement efficient conversion-tracking structures across all relevant channels
  • You analyze campaign performance and user behavior using tools such as Google Analytics (GA4) and Power BI
  • You create insightful dashboards and reports, derive data-driven optimizations and present your findings to internal stakeholders
  • You develop and test targeted remarketing campaigns along the customer journey to reactivate and convert potential customers
  • You conduct A/B tests and multivariate tests to systematically improve creatives, landing pages and funnel stages
  • You work closely with product, sales, design and data teams, as well as with agencies and external partners
  • You continuously monitor market trends, new platforms, algorithm changes and best practices, and identify opportunities for innovation
  • You take budget responsibility for your campaigns, monitor KPIs and optimize based on ROAS, CPA and other target metrics

Requirements

  • Several years of professional experience in performance marketing, especially with Google Ads, Pinterest and Meta Ads — ideally complemented by experience with TikTok Ads
  • Solid knowledge of conversion tracking and, ideally, experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM)
  • Proficient in using web analytics and BI tools such as Google Analytics (GA4) and Power BI
  • Understanding of funnel logic with practical experience in funnel optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
  • Experience designing and executing effective remarketing strategies
  • Independent, data-driven, structured and solution-oriented working style — with high quality standards
  • Strong communication skills, team player and confident in coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
  • Knowledge of common platform policies and data protection standards (e.g., GDPR)
