Performance Marketing Manager optimizing channel-spanning B2C campaigns for design products. Collaborating with product, sales, and design teams for effective marketing strategies.
Responsibilities
You plan, manage and optimize cross-channel B2C performance campaigns on platforms such as Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Pinterest and, ideally, TikTok
You develop strategies for holistic optimization of the marketing funnel — from awareness and consideration to conversion and retention.
You design and implement efficient conversion-tracking structures across all relevant channels
You analyze campaign performance and user behavior using tools such as Google Analytics (GA4) and Power BI
You create insightful dashboards and reports, derive data-driven optimizations and present your findings to internal stakeholders
You develop and test targeted remarketing campaigns along the customer journey to reactivate and convert potential customers
You conduct A/B tests and multivariate tests to systematically improve creatives, landing pages and funnel stages
You work closely with product, sales, design and data teams, as well as with agencies and external partners
You continuously monitor market trends, new platforms, algorithm changes and best practices, and identify opportunities for innovation
You take budget responsibility for your campaigns, monitor KPIs and optimize based on ROAS, CPA and other target metrics
Requirements
Several years of professional experience in performance marketing, especially with Google Ads, Pinterest and Meta Ads — ideally complemented by experience with TikTok Ads
Solid knowledge of conversion tracking and, ideally, experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM)
Proficient in using web analytics and BI tools such as Google Analytics (GA4) and Power BI
Understanding of funnel logic with practical experience in funnel optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
Experience designing and executing effective remarketing strategies
Independent, data-driven, structured and solution-oriented working style — with high quality standards
Strong communication skills, team player and confident in coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
Knowledge of common platform policies and data protection standards (e.g., GDPR)
