About the role

Responsibilities
- Process legal documents (e.g., court opinions, agency decisions, bankruptcy filings) ensuring they meet content and formatting standards.
- Verify that documents are complete, accurate, and ready for online publication in accordance with Lexis guidelines and deadlines.
- Monitor queues and systems to track document status and ensure timely delivery.
- Identify and escalate any issues related to document quality, completeness, or access.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily and weekly content targets.
- Maintain accurate records of processing activity and report progress as required.
- Follow documented workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for content operations.
Requirements
- Must be a bachelor's degree holder
- Basic knowledge of standard computer applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet applications)
- Ability to work with deadlines
- Has great attention to detail
- Excellent English oral and written communication skills
- At least 1-2 years BPO/shared service or relevant experience
- Fresh graduates can be accommodated depending on communication skills and behavioral aspect
- Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives
- Flexible and can adapt to different business requirements, onsite or hybrid work arrangement and rotating work schedule
