About the role

  • Field Account Manager responsible for managing existing customer accounts for LexisNexis Risk Solutions. Driving growth through client engagement and retention strategies in a B2B environment.

Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed sales targets as set by the Sales Director
  • Manage and retain an existing portfolio of accounts, ensuring protection and growth of base revenue
  • Develop and execute customer account plans and retention strategies
  • Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities through gap analysis and insight‑led selling
  • Build strong relationships with multiple stakeholders across customer organisations
  • Support new business activity alongside Business Development Managers, including client meetings, demos and on‑site visits
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasting and pipeline management
  • Collaborate closely with sales support, technical and implementation teams to deliver customer success

Requirements

  • Proven experience meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B, SaaS, data or technology‑led environment
  • Strong experience managing and growing key customer accounts
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time, priorities and forecasts effectively
  • Comfortable working in a team‑based, collaborative sales environment
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools
  • Open to learning and self-development
