Responsibilities
Manages sales process and coaches SBA Bankers in all sales development efforts
Plans call and sales goals with SBA Leadership, ensuring they are clearly communicated to bankers
Provides sales coaching and feedback on pipeline of new and expanded business
Ensures adherence to internal policies and procedures
Provides leadership and support to SBA management while building a team-oriented culture of excellence
Performs general management duties, exercising usual authority concerning staff, performance appraisals, promotions, and terminations
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field
Five (5) years of SBA banking, sales or relationship management experience
