Responsibilities
Dar soporte operativo y administrativo a la fuerza de ventas.
Comunicación con ventas para registro y seguimiento de soportes para legalización de actividades comerciales a clientes.
Soporte de servicio en herramienta de gestión comercial (Pedidos, Devoluciones y planes de trabajo y otros).
Soporte y mantenimiento de herramientas de comunicación comerciales.
Manejo de indicadores, asegurando cumplimiento de los procesos internos.
Gestión documental: seguimiento a la entrega y soportes requeridos por los procesos comerciales.
Requirements
Profesional en áreas administrativas, Ingeniería Industrial o carreras afines.
Experiencia preferiblemente mínimo 1 año en roles administrativos, comerciales o de soporte a ventas.
Conocimientos técnicos: Microsoft Excel intermedio (tablas dinámicas, gráficos, fórmulas).
Manejo herramientas informáticas.
Uso de Power BI para consulta, visualización y análisis básico de datos.
