Responsibilities
Gestione flusso di contrattualizzazione dei fornitori di concerto con HR
Relazione con fornitori, stakeholder interni e funzioni aziendali trasversali
Pianificazione attività del personale tecnico
Registrazione e gestione amministrativa del contratto con il cliente
Attività di fatturazione attiva, gestione delle fatture e creazione di Purchase Orders
Archiviazione della documentazione amministrativa e gestione contabilità cliente
Supporto amministrativo agli Operation Manager
Requirements
Titolo di Studi: Diploma o Laurea in discipline economiche/amministrative
Conoscenza della lingua inglese (livello B1)
Esperienza comprovata in ruoli amministrativi, preferibilmente in contesti tecnici, commerciali e operativi
Ottima padronanza del pacchetto Office, in particolar modo Excel
Forte attenzione al dettaglio e gestione puntuale delle scadenze
