About the role

  • Project Manager handling telecommunications projects in international customer service environment. Leading teams, managing budgets, and enhancing customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the successful delivery of managed customer projects
  • Lead and develop the overhead team
  • Manage KPIs with a focus on company and project targets
  • Make decisions on planning, control and project strategy and serve as the communication interface
  • Continuously monitor compliance with the budget
  • Maintain and expand client relationships

Requirements

  • Completed commercial/business education or vocational training
  • Several years of experience in managing employees
  • Solid expertise in customer relationship/contact management
  • Team player
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Assertiveness and ability to inspire enthusiasm
  • Excellent German language skills, written and spoken (C1 level)
  • Proficient in common PC applications (Microsoft Excel and Word)
