About the role

  • Sales Agent in technical service focusing on customer inquiries in the telecommunications sector. Offering flexible working hours and a secure job with an international team in Bulgaria.

Responsibilities

  • Handling technical issues and customer inquiries related to Internet, fixed-line and TV services with a strong sales focus (device replacements, tariff changes, add-on options, Internet outages, contract signings, contract renewals)
  • Strong sales orientation

Requirements

  • Excellent written and spoken German (C1 level)
  • Outgoing and communicative when interacting with customers
  • Interest in technical topics
  • Experience in up-selling and cross-selling is an advantage
  • Experience working with a PC
