About the role

  • Customer Service Agent handling inquiries around contracts and tariffs for energy customers in Germany. Working in a hybrid model with potential remote work options.

Responsibilities

  • You handle customer inquiries — by phone and in writing
  • Regarding contracts, tariffs, and billing
  • Questions about supplier changes, electricity and gas connections, and their contracts are part of your daily work
  • You are the service partner who brings a smile to your customers' faces

Requirements

  • Motivation and willingness to learn during our basic training in the first weeks
  • Quality and empathy are paramount
  • Ability to assist customers effectively on the first call
  • Enjoyment in your work
