Responsibilities
Handling customer inquiries by phone and in writing — all inbound
Resolving customer concerns related to new contracts and changes to master data, supplier switches, electricity and gas connections, and tariff upgrades
Identifying sales opportunities and advising customers accordingly
Accurate documentation in the system
Acting as a service partner and bringing a smile to customers' faces
Requirements
Communicative and proficient in German at C1/C2 level
Confident using PCs and common software applications
Structured and reliable working style
Motivated and willing to learn
