About the role
- Senior Fullstack Engineer building products that enhance user experience of Atlassian content. Working collaboratively in a hybrid setting in Malmö or Helsinki.
Responsibilities
- Design and build product features that make Refined more powerful, scalable, and enjoyable to use
- Balance backend-heavy development (Node.js) and meaningful frontend work (Vue.js) to deliver end-to-end solutions
- Collaborate with other senior engineers, product managers, and designers to find the best technical trade-offs
- Contribute to architectural discussions and help define our future ways of working as we evolve Refined’s cloud and product architecture
Requirements
- 5+ years of fullstack experience in product or SaaS companies
- Strong backend knowledge (Node.js preferred) and modern frontend experience (React or Vue.js)
- Deep curiosity for how systems interact, how dependencies shape products, and how to make cloud architectures better
- Clear communication skills and the ability to reason about tradeoffs
- Low ego, high ownership – best ideas win, not the loudest voice
- Nice-to-haves: Experience with Atlassian ecosystem products (Confluence, Jira) or prior work on cloud migration projects.
