- Analyze, interpret, and build reports from complex data sources.

- Ideate, develop, recommend, and implement solutions.
- Analyze and recommend pricing strategies to navigate changing markets.
- Help design and implement dashboards for self-service analytics.
- Explore self-generated topics to bring new insights to business processes.
- Develop informative solutions impacting metrics and streamlining operations.
- Conduct root-cause analysis to identify key drivers influencing performance.
- Identify opportunities and recommendations to drive impactful business decisions.
- Communicate results and insights to aid strategic decision-making.
Requirements
- Bilingual in English/Spanish; proficient level for verbal and written communication.
- Bachelors Degree required (or equivalent experience); preference in Business Administration, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
- Three years of experience in analytics and or data science.
- Creative thinker who is intellectually curious, with a passion for solving puzzles and continuous learning.
- Self-starter, entrepreneurial, highly adaptable, who can take initiative in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong Python and SQL skills.
- Strong experience with Tableau and or Power BI.
- Familiarity with experimental design is a plus.
- Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders is a plus.
