About the role

  • Customer Service Specialist managing account communications and retention at Redemption Plus. Focused on operational integrity and customer experience in the entertainment industry.

Responsibilities

  • Own the communication for a dedicated set of growth accounts.
  • Monitor reorder patterns and customer health.
  • Manage a high volume of communication (emails, calls, and tickets) with a focus on First Contact Resolution.
  • Manage credits and returns with a high degree of accountability.
  • Partner with our Warehouse, Product, and Sales teams to remove blockers.
  • Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene within Salesforce.
  • Identify recurring friction points and propose systemic fixes.
  • Head out for structured onsite customer visits to gather feedback.

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in customer service or operations (distribution or retail environments are a plus).
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
