Responsibilities
Provide support to the network's brokers, business units, regional units, insurance companies and others, understanding their requests, directing solutions, and ensuring the satisfaction of those involved:
Contact insurance companies to clarify doubts, resolve outstanding issues, and relay information to brokers;
Review and forward notification emails regarding outstanding issues, rejections and claims;
Maintain and control the record of case handling and communication history;
Requirements
High school diploma;
Knowledge of insurance and administrative customer service routines is a plus;
Basic knowledge of Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, etc.);
