About the role
- Auxiliar de Operações responsible for supporting insurance brokers and related operations in Brazil. Engage with the insurance network to resolve inquiries and ensure satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to the network's brokers, business units, regional units, insurance companies and others, understanding their requests, directing solutions, and ensuring the satisfaction of those involved:
- Contact insurance companies to clarify doubts, resolve outstanding issues, and relay information to brokers;
- Review and forward notification emails regarding outstanding issues, rejections and claims;
- Maintain and control the record of case handling and communication history;
Requirements
- High school diploma;
- Knowledge of insurance and administrative customer service routines is a plus;
- Basic knowledge of Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, etc.);
