About the role

  • Tech Recruiter handling recruitment processes and candidate selection for Redbelt Security's cybersecurity consultancy. Collaborating with management to align job requirements and conduct interviews.

Responsibilities

  • Align open job requisitions with hiring managers, clarifying the job description, academic requirements, technical and behavioral competencies, location, working hours and other information necessary to identify the best candidate profile.
  • Execute recruitment procedures by advertising openings on external networks/sources, conducting active searches on social and professional networks, receiving and screening resumes/CVs and presenting candidate options to the hiring manager until a selection decision is made.
  • Conduct selection interviews, arranging technical and behavioral interviews and administering specific tests as required by the hiring manager and the job profile; document and assess evidence to provide recommendations for or against hiring.
  • Forward approved candidates to formal hiring/onboarding processes, ensuring completion of hiring and required legal documentation.
  • Notify the responsible hiring manager of the candidate’s hiring status and coordinate planning for the best start date to schedule with the candidate.
  • Produce monthly reports showing number of people interviewed vs open positions, hires per position, pending vacancies, non-approved candidates and other metrics to support management monitoring and appropriate actions.
  • Handle complex cases within the Recruitment & Selection area, proposing solutions and actions to minimize process failures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources or related fields.
  • Proven experience with the GUPY ATS and/or similar applicant tracking systems.
  • Theoretical and practical knowledge of competency-based selection.
