Responsibilities
Create powerful executive communications and drive employee engagement for Kate Spade
Collaborate on a variety of projects across Kate Spade and Tapestry
Support the development of an internal communications strategy
Develop content and messages for the Kate Spade CEO & Brand President
Responsible for developing and executing communications strategies that engage employees
Lead content development for a variety of events including leadership meetings, town halls, investor presentations, and global store leader conferences
Develop communications strategies that position Kate Spade as a brand employees love to work for
Partner with external communications team to strengthen Kate Spade’s brand and corporate reputation
Partner with global stakeholders to ensure consistent and relevant communications
Leverage data and insights to measure communications impact and adjust strategy
Requirements
Experience developing and implementing effective communication plans and strategies
Working with senior leaders
Developing engaging communications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong executive presence
Thrives in a changing global environment.
Curiosity and desire to create and collaborate with AI tools
Basic finance knowledge and analytical skills to present impactful data to stakeholders
Basic graphic design knowledge to create engaging communications
Bachelor’s degree in related field, Master’s degree a plus; an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
4+ years’ experience in a public company preferred–responsible for internal and/or external communications
