Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the overall management and organization of the integrated planning process up to the construction implementation in the specialist field of HVAC & Plumbing.
- In the role of Project Lead you provide technical leadership for your team and represent the company’s interests externally.
- You plan within an integrated team, supported by Building Information Modeling (BIM).
- You represent the company to clients, authorities and partner firms.
- You carry cost and performance responsibility for your projects.

Requirements
- Completed technical education (HTL) or degree in building & energy engineering or mechanical engineering.
- Several years of leadership and professional experience in planning, coordinating and executing large projects — ideally including data centers or healthcare facilities.
- Very good German and English language skills.
- Enjoys leading a diverse team and mentoring junior staff.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
- Passion for sustainability and climate‑neutral planning.
- Strong awareness of deadlines, costs and quality.
