Responsibilities

  • Lead the store team to deliver outstanding experiences while driving sales and supporting daily operations
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures, cash handling, store recovery standards
  • Oversee store-wide operations in partnership with Store Manager ensuring smooth execution of tasks
  • Serve as a brand ambassador by sharing knowledge with consumers to elevate their experience

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • 2-3 years of retail experience with a preference for candidates with prior store leadership roles
  • Flexibility in the work schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
  • Desire to succeed in a high growth, fast-paced retail environment
  • Proven track record inspiring and empowering teams while driving performance and achieving results
