Responsibilities

Maintaining tenancy contracts, documents, and data
General organizational and administrative tasks
Structuring and optimizing internal processes
Assistance with receivables management (e.g., checking incoming payments)
Support for accounting and tax consultancy
Maintaining Excel spreadsheets and basic analyses
Coordination with external service providers (e.g., cleaning, caretaking)
Support in ongoing property operations
Helping improve processes and workflows
Requirements
Some experience in commercial/administrative roles, real estate, or office organization is an advantage
Structured, reliable, and independent working style
Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor
Confident use of MS Office (particularly Excel)
