About the role
- OTC Senior Analyst responsible for financial operations and support across markets at Reckitt. Analyzing OTC processes and managing complex accounting-related tasks.
Responsibilities
- Support Order-to-Cash (OTC) activities across supported markets
- Review and support in the posting of complex OTC-related accounting entries
- Perform and review reconciliations related to disputes, deductions, trade spend, and returns balances
- Support resolution of complex disputes and deductions by analyzing root causes
- Review work performed by OTC Analysts to ensure accuracy
- Support preparation and review of OTC reporting and analytics
- Coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and Controllership
- Identify risks or data quality issues and escalate them to the OTC Manager
- Support standardisation, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Experience in Order-to-Cash, accounting, or related finance operations
- Strong understanding of OTC processes, including disputes, deductions, trade spend accounting, returns-related accruals, and reconciliations
- Experience working in a shared services or process-driven environment preferred
- Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and Excel
- Strong analytical skills and ability to apply judgment within defined processes
- Fluent English is a must & knowledge of other European language would be a big advantage (especially French, Spanish, Portuguese, Romanian, Hungarian, Italian, Dutch)
