About the role

  • Adjunct Faculty role teaching undergraduate Marketing courses in a hybrid format for Strayer University. Engaging with students and maintaining academic standards while providing flexible learning opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Provide quality education and maintain high standards of academic excellence in teaching
  • Teach assigned courses in person and asynchronously online
  • Maintain office hours as assigned
  • Use technology and videos to enhance curriculum
  • Be available to students for feedback

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Business or Marketing
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in Marketing or a Marketing-related role
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Strong computer skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Effective time management skills
  • Professional certification in discipline specialty (if applicable)
