Responsibilities
Responsible for executing marketing plans & managing marketing budgets for a given category
Delivers monthly updates to business review and monitor market performance
Directly responsible for leading the development and execution of the category strategy in line with country commercial strategy
Accountable for marketing budget on assigned category
Owns development of category structure and assigning of resources; manage Senior Brand Managers and the reports into them
Works with supply, sales and finance to develop and execute successful Category Plans to deliver net revenue, gross margin, market share and product contribution targets within timescales and budget
Executes product launches agreed by Area; Contributes to innovation growth by delivering product development programs to further margin growth
Requirements
Demonstrated agility in managing a brand amidst competitive and complex environments
A robust track record in Marketing, with a shining portfolio of successes in both Marketing and Sales functions
An ability to combine strategic thinking with decisive action, backed by a sharp commercial mindset
Insightful grasp of consumer behaviour and market trends, with an emphasis on a global perspective
Excellent communication skills, adept at nurturing relationships and managing stakeholders with ease
