About the role

  • IT&D Manager overseeing HR Service Management solutions development at Reckitt. Supporting standardisation and driving continuous improvement in global HR systems landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development of a blueprint to achieve standardised HR solutions within RB to simplify the change process going forward.
  • Govern and enforce the standardised solutions for projects, programmes and continuous improvement initiatives related to the HR Systems solutions within RB.
  • Support the Global HR Systems Lead in identifying opportunities to streamline, consolidate or simplify the HR Systems landscape.
  • Advise and support the BRDs during the business case definition stage to ensure standardisation is maintained.
  • Support Business Analysts during business requirements capture to ensure that standardisation will not be compromised by the change.

Requirements

  • 10 + years of experience in implementing and supporting HCM or ITSM suites
  • 3 + years of Expertise in ServiceNow HR Module
  • Knowledge and experience integrating ServiceNow with SuccessFactors
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow Development Platform including, CMDB, Asset Management, Change Management, Custom Development
  • Experience in supporting End to end JTC process including understanding of user provisioning, asset allocation and management
  • Should have knowledge in ServiceNow onboarding, Knowledge Management and Document management modules, and employee service portal
  • Experience with data migration and data management activities in ServiceNow
  • Lead design workshops to gather requirements, fit/gap analysis, functional specifications and design
