About the role

  • Senior Account Director leading integrated campaigns at REBORN, a creative and media agency. Overseeing client relationships and project delivery in a hybrid working environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead senior client relationships while maintaining strong engagement with day-to-day client teams
  • Act as the primary owner of accounts, responsible for commercial health, delivery quality and growth opportunities
  • Understand client businesses deeply and proactively identify opportunities to add value across creativity, performance, market share and brand impact
  • Lead integrated creative and digital campaigns from brief through to delivery, including timelines, budgets and production workflows
  • Partner closely with Strategy, Creative, Media and Project Management to ensure work is strategically sound and flawlessly executed
  • Oversee production across multiple formats including digital, social, content and integrated campaigns
  • Sell strategic and creative ideas confidently, driving new initiatives and reinforcing the agency’s values
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on budget and to agreed quality benchmarks
  • Stay across digital platform developments, tools and best practices to improve campaign effectiveness
  • Balance autonomy with collaboration, maintaining momentum across internal teams and clients

Requirements

  • 7+ years managing digital or integrated accounts within an agency environment
  • Demonstrated senior leadership of client relationships, including C-suite or senior marketing stakeholders
  • Strong experience leading production workflows alongside account management responsibilities
  • Proven understanding of digital, social and performance-led campaigns
  • Hands-on experience with platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Google, TikTok and Pinterest
  • Confident briefing, interpreting and applying insights from analytics and reporting dashboards
  • Strong understanding of creative optimisation, channel performance and full-funnel thinking
  • Highly organised and calm under pressure, able to juggle multiple workstreams without losing detail
  • Clear, confident communicator with both creative and technical teams
