Responsibilities
Own and grow a defined book of business through renewals, retention, and expansion
Analyze provider performance and translate insights into actionable recommendations during check-ins, QBRs, and retention / renewal conversations.
Proactively identify risk, mitigate churn, and optimize provider performance within the RealSelf marketplace.
Partner closely with Account Executives, Product, and Data teams to drive growth and improve the customer experience.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in account management, ad sales, or performance-driven revenue roles
Experience managing and growing a meaningful book of business with revenue accountability.
Comfort working with performance data, metrics, and benchmarks to influence customer decisions.
Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with senior decision-makers.
A consultative mindset with the ability to balance relationship management and revenue outcomes
Highly organized, analytical, and comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Experience in SaaS, marketplaces, ad tech, or performance marketing environments preferred.
