Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of Shopper and Channel Marketing strategies
Drive joint business opportunities with bottlers, distributors, and channel partners
Work directly with bottlers, distributors, resellers, and frontline sales teams to design and deliver channel marketing programs
Customize the Picture of Success by channel
Identify priority distribution channels and promotional programs
Support and enable the rollout of industry and system campaigns
Oversee in-store activations, channel programs, and retail events
Lead and develop teams responsible for shopper, channel, and retail activation
Act as a subject matter expert in Shopper & Channel Experience
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
10+ years of relevant experience in Shopper Marketing, Channel Marketing, Trade Marketing, Franchise Marketing, or related roles within FMCG / CPG environments
Proven experience working directly with bottlers, distributors, and channel partners to drive execution and results
Strong understanding of shopper behavior, channel dynamics, and retail execution models
Demonstrated people leadership experience, managing teams in complex, cross-functional environments
Ability to influence without direct authority and operate effectively in a matrixed organization
Fluent English required; Spanish or Portuguese required
