About the role

  • Marketing Manager driving growth and strategies for residential e-commerce channels at FLO. Collaborating with teams to enhance customer acquisition and brand value through innovative marketing tactics.

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead an omnichannel growth strategy aligned with business objectives, integrating distribution and eCommerce;
  • Define the marketing strategy to support sales across all channels;
  • Develop launch plans for promotions and seasonal campaigns;
  • Optimize the channel mix based on profitability and positioning;
  • Identify growth levers (pricing, assortment/offering, programs, partnerships);
  • Define the acquisition and demand-generation strategy (digital, partners);
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure optimal ROI (CAC, ROAS, profitability);
  • Oversee execution agencies and partners (media, eCommerce, content);
  • Develop marketing tools to support partners;
  • Structure promotional and incentive programs to drive sales;
  • Ensure consistency of messaging and brand across all touchpoints;
  • Ensure a consistent and high-performing experience across all channels (social media, customer service, partners);
  • Track performance KPIs (revenue, margins, conversion, acquisition);
  • Analyze market data and identify opportunities and risks;
  • Translate data into strategic recommendations and develop dashboards;
  • Coordinate internal teams (sales, product, operations, finance);
  • Oversee external partners responsible for execution (eCommerce, agencies, etc.).

Requirements

  • University degree in business, administration, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent);
  • Proven experience in go-to-market, online commerce and marketing (5+ years);
  • Proficiency with performance tracking, reporting and CRM tools (sales forecasting, data analysis);
  • Excellent communication skills in French and English, both written and verbal — English is required to collaborate with our partners and internal teams across Canada;
  • Strong analytical rigor and ability to monitor and drive performance indicators;
  • Initiative and proactivity to identify and resolve operational issues;
  • Ability to manage multiple teams (internal and external) and projects simultaneously;
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-evolving environment;
  • Ability to positively influence contributors and act as a strategic partner internally and externally;
  • Ability to simplify performance data and provide clear, actionable recommendations.
