Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Define and control inventory for distribution centers (DCs), aiming to reduce stockouts without creating excess (optimal inventory) according to your responsibility group.
- KPIs: Report and monitor area performance indicators, driving process improvements and better inventory management.
- Follow standardized area processes, continuously monitor process performance, and alert the manager in case of deviations.
- Apply continuous improvement methods (PDCA) and identify root causes of DC replenishment issues.
- Collaborate with internal and external cross-functional teams, representing the area in meetings.
- Lead replenishment projects, individual or cross-functional, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Ensure execution of routine area activities, serving internal and external customers with structured analyses, clear reasoning, agility, organization, and effective communication.
- Support team members and peers in integrating or maintaining activities, and work collaboratively to foster productive and efficient relationships.
- Conduct trainings and represent the area in meetings that may involve internal or external customers and partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain/Operations or related fields, or in Exact Sciences.
- Microsoft Office (intermediate/advanced Excel, PowerPoint).
