Responsibilities
Conduct commercial performance analyses, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and produce management reports to support decision-making;
Develop and maintain sales forecasting models, as well as trend and market behavior analyses;
Identify opportunities to improve commercial planning processes, proposing practical and innovative solutions;
Support the preparation and monitoring of sales budgets and forecasts;
Manage and consolidate commercial data in internal and external systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy;
Prepare strategic presentations, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights;
Act as the interface between Sales, Marketing, and Operations, ensuring alignment and execution of commercial strategies;
Monitor competitors and market trends, providing insights for adjustments and optimization of commercial strategies.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field;
Advanced Excel and experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar);
Knowledge of data analysis and dashboard development;
Strong analytical skills to identify patterns and trends in large data sets;
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create clear and concise presentations;
Intermediate or advanced English will be considered a plus;
Experience with agile methodologies;
Familiarity with data analysis programming languages (SQL, Python, and/or R);
Previous experience in commercial planning, market intelligence, or related areas.
