Responsibilities
- Conduct commercial performance analyses, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and produce management reports to support decision-making;
- Develop and maintain sales forecasting models, as well as trend and market behavior analyses;
- Identify opportunities to improve commercial planning processes, proposing practical and innovative solutions;
- Support the preparation and monitoring of sales budgets and forecasts;
- Manage and consolidate commercial data in internal and external systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy;
- Prepare strategic presentations, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights;
- Act as the interface between Sales, Marketing, and Operations, ensuring alignment and execution of commercial strategies;
- Monitor competitors and market trends, providing insights for adjustments and optimization of commercial strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field;
- Advanced Excel and experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar);
- Knowledge of data analysis and dashboard development;
- Strong analytical skills to identify patterns and trends in large data sets;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create clear and concise presentations;
- Intermediate or advanced English will be considered a plus;
- Experience with agile methodologies;
- Familiarity with data analysis programming languages (SQL, Python, and/or R);
- Previous experience in commercial planning, market intelligence, or related areas.
