- Structure and monitor operational metrics such as: TME (Average Wait Time), TMA (Average Handling Time), agent productivity, Service Level, and SLAs for regulatory channels;
- Create dashboards, analyses, and studies that support performance improvements and operational efficiency;
- Automate workflows, reports, and repetitive deliveries to reduce manual effort while ensuring information governance;
- Ensure the quality, integrity, and availability of data used by Operations;
- Conduct root cause analyses, forecasts, and operational scenario simulations;
- Serve as a technical data reference within the operation, supporting leadership and tactical teams;
- Integrate information from different customer service systems (IVR, CRM, omnichannel platforms, special channels tools, etc.).
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Advanced SQL proficiency (ANSI, Window Functions, CTEs, query optimization);
- Experience with dimensional modeling, ETL/ELT, data pipelines, and governance best practices;
- Experience handling large volumes of data (BigQuery, Redshift, Azure SQL, Snowflake, or similar);
- Version control and code best practices (Git);
- Knowledge of APIs, platform integrations, and automation (REST, JSON).
