About the role

Responsibilities
- Monitor released payments by issuing requisitions and purchase orders and tracking invoices through to completion of the process. Ensure timely delivery of reports by the specified closing dates.
- Create requisitions and purchase orders in the SAP system, following the approval workflow with managers.
- Track payments for approved supplier progress measurements (progress billings).
- Send purchase orders to service providers, receive and record invoices, and perform daily tracking of payments in the V360 system and with the Accounting Validation, Tax, and Administrative Support teams.
- Open projects in the SAP system.
- Interact with multiple internal areas — such as Projects, Procurement, Construction, Regulatory/Permitting, and Finance — and with external parties like designers, construction companies, and suppliers.
