Responsibilities
- Laufende Buchführung (Debitoren, Kreditoren, Sachkonten)
- Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen, ZM-Meldungen und statistische Meldungen
- Zahlungsverkehr und Liquiditätsplanung
- Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB
- Erstellung von Budget- und Forecast-Planungen
- Abweichungsanalysen (Soll-Ist-Vergleiche)
- Unterstützung der Geschäftsleitung bei Investitions- und Wirtschaftlichkeitsrechnungen
- Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung von Prozessen und internen Kontrollen
Requirements
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. Industriekaufmann/-frau) mit Weiterbildung (z. B. Bilanzbuchhalter) oder betriebswirtschaftliches Studium
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Finanzbuchhaltung und/oder Controlling
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in HGB
- Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen (SAP) und MS Office (insbesondere Excel)
- Analytisches Denkvermögen, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Hohe Verlässlichkeit und Diskretion
