About the role

  • Territory Manager for RB Global handling outside sales in Eastern Oklahoma. Responsible for customer acquisition and account management with vast commission opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively prospecting and cold calling new customers
  • Managing existing accounts
  • Selling various multi-channel solutions
  • Sourcing and growing sales with new business
  • Developing assigned territory by building and maintaining the Playbook
  • Understanding customer needs and delivering customized solutions
  • Negotiating and closing deals in collaboration with internal stakeholders
  • Attending auctions and meeting with customers

Requirements

  • 2 to 10 years in a structured outside/field sales role, and a consistent track record of meeting / exceeding quotas
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driver’s record
  • Equipment Industry or Construction Equipment experience is preferred
  • Experience in quota-driven sales required (Industry experience/knowledge highly desirable)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Able to build and maintain authentic customer relationships
  • Competitive without sacrificing integrity
  • Work primarily from a home office and on the road
