Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of payment features that align with business objectives and customer needs
Act as a bridge between stakeholders, development teams, and business units
Identify market opportunities, set priorities, and manage the end-to-end product lifecycle
Collaborate closely with engineering, design, compliance, operations, and external partners
Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
Ensure alignment between development efforts and the overall product roadmap
Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory requirements, and customer needs
Track key performance metrics and use data insights to drive continuous improvement
Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure features meet regulatory standards
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field
Minimum 7 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role, preferably in the payments or fintech industry
Strong understanding of payment gateways, payment operations, and processing ecosystems
Proven experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with payment methods (e.g., cards, e-wallets, bank transfers) and settlement processes
Knowledge of regulatory frameworks governing payment systems, such as PSD2 and PCI DSS
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively
Customer-centric mindset and passion for delivering impactful solutions
Experience working in a fast-paced, Agile environment
Entrepreneurial or startup experience is a plus
In-depth understanding or working experience in e-commerce & gaming industry is a plus
