Responsibilities
- Act as the Product Owner in agile teams, serving as the bridge between business and technology
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring clarity and strategic alignment
- Lead and participate in Discovery and Design Thinking activities, identifying opportunities and problems
- Contribute to the development of products related to offers, vouchers, e‑commerce, and promotional campaigns
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure continuous delivery of value
- Monitor metrics and results, proposing continuous product improvements.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Owner in agile environments
- Experience managing a backlog and prioritizing requests
- Knowledge of Discovery and Design Thinking
- Experience with digital products (e‑commerce, offers, or promotions is a plus)
- Availability for hybrid work (two weeks on site per month in Porto Alegre/RS)
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress
- Experience in the financial sector is a plus
- Product Owner certification (Scrum.org, Scrum Alliance, or similar) is a plus.
