- Randoncorp has an opportunity for a Senior Fixed Assets Analyst in the Controllership and International Finance area of the SSC (Shared Services Center)
- Act strategically in the management of fixed assets, intangible assets and leases
Requirements
- Execute and control routines for fixed assets, intangible assets and leases for overseas units, ensuring compliance with internal policies and applicable legislation.
- Serve as a technical reference for the Investments and Asset Management areas, providing support to overseas business units and sharing best practices.
- Apply asset management practices to newly acquired entities.
- Analyze investments (Capex) monthly and identify significant variances.
- Review and update procedures and work instructions.
- Support the accounting close for assets and prepare supporting reports for overseas business units.
- Prepare and review consolidated explanatory notes for financial statements.
- Respond to internal and external audits, providing information and evidence.
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects and system rollouts for new businesses.
