About the role

  • Corporate Sales role managing partner sales and promoting technological solutions for business growth in telecommunications. Key focus on client acquisition, strategy, and project management.

Responsibilities

  • Partner/Agency Sales (MVNO/Sales Agencies): New client acquisition and existing client cultivation.
  • Corporate Field Sales (Line/Asset Linkage): Key Account management and sales channel strategy.
  • Solution Sales (DX/AI/Network/Fixed Line, etc.): Proposing various technological solutions and promoting alliances.
  • MVNO Business Planning/Financial Management: Service and pricing system design and revenue forecasting.
  • Sales Planning/Sales Operations: KPI design and sales strategy formulation.
  • Sales Management/Business Strategy: KPI definition and initiative oversight.
  • Group Collaboration PM: Designing and operating standard procedures for company-wide campaigns.

Requirements

  • Experience in corporate sales / partner sales / consulting sales.
  • Experience in analysis and improvement based on numerical data such as KPIs/P&L.
  • Practical use of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint/Excel/Word).
  • Experience in job function planning and project promotion (industry/scale not specified).
  • Experience in project promotion (industry/scale not specified).
  • Experience in coordinating and negotiating with various stakeholders across departments.
  • Native level Japanese.
  • English proficiency (TOEIC 600 or higher) is desirable.
  • Experience in the telecommunications industry (MNO/MVNO/ISP/fixed line/network/security).
  • Utilization and requirement definition for SFA/business tools (Salesforce, kintone, DOMO, Excel macros, etc.).
  • Experience in project management / alliance promotion / team leadership.
  • English proficiency (目安: TOEIC 800 equivalent) – support for acquisition available after joining.
