About the role

  • Lead and inspire a Corporate Benefits Administration team while delivering outstanding services to clients. Join a forward-thinking department focused on development and collaborative improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Support the team in delivering high-quality administration and outstanding service to our corporate clients.
  • Ensure team members consistently meet agreed service levels
  • Organise and redistribute workloads to maintain efficiency
  • Support recruitment and onboarding of new team members
  • Deliver training, coaching and maintain full development logs
  • Monitor new business and produce management information as required
  • Hold regular 1:1 meetings and support performance reviews
  • Continuously review processes to identify and implement improvements
  • Assist the Head of Corporate with departmental projects
  • Highlight opportunities for new projects or improvements
  • Ensure all compliance and regulatory requirements are met
  • Prepare and maintain client files for new business and renewals
  • Support Corporate Benefit Consultants through effective workflow management
  • Deliver full administrative duties aligned with the Corporate Benefits Administrator role
  • Build and maintain strong, professional client relationships

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading or supervising a team
  • Background in corporate benefits, employee benefits, or financial services administration
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively
  • Strong communication skills with a collaborative leadership style
  • Confidence in coaching others and supporting their development
  • A proactive mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
