- Jij helpt richting geven aan strategische keuzes binnen een hypotheekportefeuille van circa €160 miljard.
- Je werkt in het hart van de hypotheekportefeuille en ziet waar ontwikkelingen samenkomen: markt, risico, data en strategie.
- Je analyseert grote hoeveelheden informatie, herkent trends en vertaalt deze naar inzichten die richting geven aan besluitvorming.
- Je verbindt belangen, managet verwachtingen en levert zichtbaar impact op strategische keuzes die ertoe doen.
- Ontwikkelen van scherpe inzichten die bijdragen aan de optimalisatie van de hypotheekportefeuille.
- Onderbouwen van strategische keuzes met datagedreven analyses en heldere businesscases.
Requirements
- WO werk- en denkniveau, aantoonbaar door een afgeronde academische opleiding.
- Minimaal 3 jaar relevante werkervaring in portfoliomanagement of data-analyse.
- Aantoonbare kennis van de Nederlandse hypotheekmarkt.
- Ervaring met kwantitatieve analyses en analytische modellen in een commerciële omgeving.
- Bewezen succesvol in politiek gevoelige omgevingen met meerdere stakeholders.
- Sterk probleemoplossend vermogen.
- Resultaatgericht handelen met meetbare impact.
- Proactieve werkhouding bij het initiëren van verbeteringen.
- Samenwerkingsgericht, ook over afdelingen heen.
