About the role

  • Senior Manager managing culture activation initiatives for CDW to enhance coworker experience and engagement. Leading strategy and program management for embedding values across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Design and lead an enterprise culture and coworker experience strategy that embeds CDW values into key coworker and leader moments.
  • Oversee our One CDW strategy ensuring an inclusive, welcoming and respectful environment.
  • Define and continuously improve the end-to-end coworker and leader experience.
  • Partner cross functionally to ensure technology-enabled solutions enhance the coworker experience.
  • Lead the evolution and activation of CDW’s Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and culture narrative.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Master’s degree preferred (Human Resources, Organizational Development, Communications, Marketing, or related field).
  • 8+ years of progressive experience leading enterprise culture and coworker experience initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience leading the program management at scale of culture initiatives and values activation.
  • Experience embedding values and culture into business processes and talent systems.
