Responsibilities
- Klantgesprekken voeren: Inventariseren en analyseren van klantbehoeften en bieden van passende oplossingen.
- Stakeholdermanagement: Samenwerken met accountmanagers en externe partijen om de klantreis soepel te laten verlopen.
- Hypotheekconstructies uitwerken: Zelfstandig uitwerken van adviesaanvragen en bewaken van tijdslijnen.
- Proactieve acquisitie: Zelf je agenda vullen vanuit zelf gecreëerde leads en proactief contact leggen met nieuwe klanten.
Requirements
- HBO werk- en denkniveau.
- Ervaring als financieel adviseur en inhoudelijke en kennis van hypotheken; starters, doorstromers, oversluiters en nieuwbouw.
- Commercieel vaardig, salesgericht en in staat doelen succesvol te bereiken.
- Proactief in het acquireren van nieuwe klanten
- Kennis van marktinformatie en leefgebied.
- Digitale vaardigheden en het vermogen om nieuwe technologieën snel toe te passen.
- Sterke klantfocus en empathisch vermogen.
