About the role
- Providing First and Second Level Support for customers, sales, and internal areas at AAG. Involvement in catalog management, DMS systems, and training clients and employees.
Responsibilities
- You will provide first- and second-level support for customers, sales and other internal departments
- You will support the areas of catalogs, DMS systems, interfaces and other tools offered by AAG
- You will receive and handle support requests by phone, ticket system and e-mail
- You will forward support requests to the relevant departments and external service providers
- You will create and manage access and accounts for new and existing customers and process contract terminations
- You will assist customers with certification processes, documentation and billing of certifications
- You will conduct training for customers and employees on our catalog and DMS systems
- You will maintain the internal knowledge management in SharePoint
- You will carry out other internal tasks, in particular license management and license billing
Requirements
- You have completed vocational training in a commercial, technical or IT field – or possess an equivalent qualification (career changers with relevant experience in customer service or e-commerce are also welcome)
- You work in a service- and solution-oriented manner
- You enjoy interacting with customers
- You work independently and in a structured way
- You have fluent German language skills, both spoken and written
