  • Store Manager responsible for daily operations and team management at QVC Retail Outlet Store. Ensuring sales, service, merchandising, staffing, and compliance in a retail setting.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily retail operations for accuracy and efficiency; conduct audits, manage inventory processes, and ensure purchasing and invoice payments while maintaining budget targets
  • Gather and share key operational information to drive sales and business goals; present insights and use data to develop business plans
  • Maintain merchandising standards by organizing products, designing floor layouts, and ensuring proper signage
  • Lead the team in delivering exceptional customer service; resolve customer concerns and meet service standards
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to support hiring and onboarding, manage performance evaluations, ensure policy compliance, and coach team members for growth and recognition

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of leadership experience in a retail setting
  • Availability to work any day of the week
  • Working knowledge of HR, inventory control, security, stockroom operations, visual merchandising, payroll, budgeting, and scheduling
