Educates assistant managers and other employees on sanitation and food handling procedures
Upholds all company Policy and Procedure
Oversees training of assistant managers to ensure the development of their leadership skills, customer service skills, and fluency in all systems

Responsible for hiring, training, developing and evaluating employees
Leads by example
Encourages two-way dialogue by providing actionable and candid feedback to staff and soliciting upward feedback from team to continue personal growth

Requirements
Three to five years of restaurant management experience; full service preferred
Ability to drive sales through excellent service, building of community relationships, and keen awareness of business and industry trends
Strong record of developing employees at all levels
