About the role

  • Business Manager for Givaudan overseeing growth in Food Service business across India. Driving sales strategies and collaborating with cross-functional teams for market expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Focus towards developing & growing business in the QSR as well as HORECA segments across India
  • Drive and expand Givaudan's Food Service concept, ensuring both topline growth and bottom-line profitability
  • Develop the business end-to-end by identifying new business opportunities — within existing and new customers — and creating comprehensive account plans
  • Collaborate closely with Flavour Innovation, Operations, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams to design winning solutions, define routes to market, and craft effective positioning and branding strategies
  • Engage and network with regional and global stakeholders to build sustainable, scalable solutions, exchange best practices, and transfer successful ideas across markets
  • Promote differentiated offerings that reflect customer needs, market trends, emerging technologies, and insights on value creation, cost-to-serve, and pricing strategies
  • Lead strategic planning initiatives to enhance market reach, strengthen partnerships, and drive continuous business growth within the Food Service segment

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hotel Management, Food Science, or Food Technology
  • Postgraduate qualification in Marketing or Business Management is good-to-have
  • 12+ years of experience in Sales and Marketing within the B2B industry i.e. flavours, food & beverage, or related sectors
  • 5+ years of experience in new business development within the Food Service industry, with a demonstrated history of driving growth
  • Prior experience as a food chef would be advantageous
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to balance topline and bottom-line objectives
  • Deep business insight with customer-focused and market-savvy thinking
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the capacity to identify opportunities and build sustainable business models
  • Proven ability to initiate, develop, and scale new business areas through effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong resilience, go-getter attitude and unafraid to take risks.
