About the role

  • VP of Financial Planning & Analysis at QVC supporting US Operations and Supply Chain leadership. Leading the FP&A team in financial planning and strategic initiatives for retail operations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the FP&A team supporting US Operations across QVC US and HSN
  • Own financial planning, budgeting, and long-range forecasting for Operations
  • Track and report on distribution network optimization and synergy delivery
  • Partner with Operations SMT as a trusted advisor
  • Manage capital planning and portfolio tracking
  • Translate complex financial and operational data into clear narratives
  • Develop top talent and build strong succession pipelines

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience in a complex retail or consumer-oriented business
  • Experience partnering with Operations and Supply Chain leadership on strategic initiatives
  • Track record of influencing senior stakeholders and translating financial insights into business decisions
  • Hands-on experience with capital planning, budgeting, and long-range forecasting
  • eCommerce experience
