About the role

  • Analyze, map, develop and lead the strategy for key clients in the direct channel;
  • Build business development plans tailored to market realities and aligned with the brand plan;
  • Participate in the development and monitoring of the annual Joint Business Plan (JBP) with clients and the commercial team;
  • Manage the development and implementation of category execution strategies by creating customer-customized promotional calendars, monitoring execution indicators and ensuring alignment with all involved teams;
  • Perform continuous analyses of business and market performance to generate insights that increase sell-in/sell-out, control stockouts, manage pricing, expand space, improve brand visibility, grow market share and leverage the product mix;
  • Implement sell-out measurement tools to identify demand-generation opportunities, control promotional campaigns and demonstrate improvements in mix and ROI;
  • Implement tools and support the field team to identify market opportunities and develop short- and medium-term action plans;
  • Interface with commercial and field teams to roll out actions negotiated with the respective channel clients (national and regional);
  • Prepare results and performance presentations for weekly meetings with key accounts;
  • Maintain a proactive, positive and forward-looking relationship with clients;
  • Manage and control the area budget.

Requirements

  • Experience in Trade Marketing with a focus on channel management, specifically direct channel and Key Accounts;
  • Experience in leading, implementing and measuring campaigns in Trade Marketing projects;
  • Ability to build strong relationships across multiple business areas;
  • Experience in team and project management;
  • Experience in market development, process consolidation and customer strategy, especially with Key Accounts;
  • Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills, including frequent presentations to executive audiences;
  • Analytical profile with an entrepreneurial mindset (building-oriented), strategic business vision and agility to learn and manage complex decision-making;
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence;
  • Growth mindset, organization, planning and proven effective time management skills;
  • Comfortable and experienced working with data analysis and various tools (Neogrid, Mtrix, Nielsen, Scantech, Power BI, Advanced Excel, among others).
