Responsibilities
Resume screening: Evaluate profiles with attention to the technical and behavioral requirements of each position.
Candidate contact: Send interview invitations, answer questions, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
Screening interviews: Conduct initial interviews (phone or video), recording impressions and relevant information.
Support in job postings: Publish openings on platforms such as Gupy, LinkedIn, and other strategic channels.
System updates: Keep recruitment systems up to date with candidate statuses and vacancy information.
Basic reports: Generate and update simple tracking reports for openings, process statuses, and operational indicators.
Payment management: Assist with the area's payment management.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
Basic knowledge of recruitment tools (e.g., Gupy, LinkedIn).
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, and responsible.
