Responsibilities
- Ensure excellence in procurement data and process management, fostering innovation, efficiency, and user support with a focus on quality, governance, and generation of strategic insights.
- Serve as the focal point for Coupa user support, ensuring correct usage and issue resolution.
- Manage and monitor procurement KPIs, ensuring data accuracy and proposing actions for continuous improvement.
- Lead or support improvement and innovation projects, including automation, digitization, and implementation of best practices.
- Ensure governance and data quality in procurement systems, recommending adjustments and improvements.
- Analyze data and generate strategic insights to support decision-making, using BI tools and advanced reporting.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for internal users, driving engagement and process efficiency.
- Engage with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure alignment on processes and projects.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or related fields.
- Experience with e-procurement platforms, preferably Coupa.
- Experience in KPI management and data analysis, including dashboards and reports.
- Preferred experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and advanced Excel.
- Knowledge of procurement processes and strategic sourcing.
- Experience in process automation and system integration is a plus.
- Prior involvement in digital transformation projects within procurement is a plus.
- Intermediate English for interaction with global teams is desirable.
